CLIENT FOCUS: BASEMENT FINISH

This basement finish out was such a joy to complete… from layout conception to a mixture of modern and yet Colorado-esque finishes (what we like to call “Mountain Modern”). This started as a concrete shell but the clients wanted a space they could utilize to exercise, entertain, and host loved ones in a guest suite.
