We know what it’s like to feel completely overwhelmed by the thousands of options in a showroom or to see so many moving pieces that you don’t feel confident about where to start. We’ve developed a four-phase process to streamline renovation design and make the project more enjoyable for each of our homeowners/clients. At Collected Class, we walk you through each step of the design process and help you pull together a finished product that will leave you feeling elated.

We love meeting with our clients and asking tons of questions tofind out what their needs, wants and style are. From this initial meeting, we generate a proposal and present a clear timeline and pricing upfront so clients never have to guess how much their design will cost.
Taking client needs and wants into account, we propose several options for the layout of each room to iron out placement of plumbing, cabinetry and other major items. Aesthetics and functionality are a high priority and we help clients to visualize what the new space can be.
We gather all materials we suggest based on the client's preferences and the style throughout their home. We then document all of these suggestions on a digital color board to propose to the client digitally and/or in person (project dependent).
After we’ve narrowed down the style, layout, and materials with our client, we take all the selected items and document them into a detailed spreadsheet. Tile drawings, cabinet renderings, layouts with measurements are compiled and provided to the contractor and homeowner.
